"If you're going through hell, just keep going."
This artwork was made keeping in mind the various struggles a person goes through. Some of the words in the illustration are common feelings or events that disturb us over the course of our lives. A lot of us tend to be extremely vulnerable when something uncertain and unfavorable occurs in our life. Sometimes, we have a solution, sometimes we do not, this is for those individuals who feel lost and have to live through tough times. Those who have to move on even though they feel like they are going through hell, hence the message, just keep going!
Materials : Indian Ink
Description : The materials used are Indian Ink and newspaper cutouts for the text element. Indian Ink is made from Carbon Black Pigment obtained from burning vegetable oils or other organic materials which are then mixed with a binding agent like Gum Arabic or Shellac. The ink is known for its permanence and water resistance after it dries on paper. It is a popular choice for Artists, Calligraphers and Illustrators due to the rich black colour it produces and it's versatility in creating bold and expressive lines. It is also a personal favourite medium and I would recommend people to try it out for themselves.
